I preapare salad every week with strawberries, lstraettuce or spinach and Ricotta Cheese, even those who usually do not eat salads might like the idea . The dressing I make:
two tablespoons of olive oil
one teaspoon of lime juice
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Salt to taste
I think that we tend to compare ourselves to others. I am in aware of people who lose almost 100 pounds in a year but I also read about people who lose much less in a year. It is the strenght to struggle even when it’s bad – it doesn’t matter how much time it takes to lose weight.
Don’t compare yourself to other people, we are all individuals and that includes the ability to lose weight faster or slower.

When I’m getting hungry I always think about something really tasty: cookies and pies are my number one snack. Changing my habits when I want to eat a banana bread, than I think banana:) Calories counter is helpful, because I can compare calories in banana versus calories in banana bread. What’s worth it? It is not that simple, but it is a matter of thinking in a right direction. You can do it:)
