My pants fit me so well!. I bought more new pairs of jeans right before I started my diet .
Well, now because they are loose! Not falling off but loose- it’s what I wanted!
Why am I writing all of these things? Is it to try and convince you to dieting? Absolutely No. Is it to boast about how good I I feel and look? Nope Is it to be satisfied when I step on the scale everyday? Of course:)
I preapare salad every week with strawberries, lstraettuce or spinach and Ricotta Cheese, even those who usually do not eat salads might like the idea . The dressing I make:
two tablespoons of olive oil
one teaspoon of lime juice
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Salt to taste
The fact that I have neglected my regular exercises for last weeks will certainly be a factor, but the main reason is my diet, i have been consuming less carbohydrates, there isn’t as much glucose stored in my muscles, that is why I didn’t complete my run
If you know my blog, you’ll know I’m not a fun of low carb diets or or any diet, i think is a metter of healthy lifestyle.
I think that we tend to compare ourselves to others. I am in aware of people who lose almost 100 pounds in a year but I also read about people who lose much less in a year. It is the strenght to struggle even when it’s bad – it doesn’t matter how much time it takes to lose weight.
Don’t compare yourself to other people, we are all individuals and that includes the ability to lose weight faster or slower.
Sometimes you can even gain weight while trying to lose it, but it does not mean that it’s not the end of your plan. Be strong!. You can do it
I woke up today early in the morning why? I wanted to make sure to have time for breakfast and prepare a veggie sandwich for lunch. Yesterday I bought a piece of smoked salmon. I remembered to use a whole grain bread, I add my favorite vegetables like tomato, lettuce , chive , or avocado, this bomb of healthy fats will help me survive to a late dinner!

We work so hard. Watching kids, shopping plus housework, hitting work deadlines etc, we are so busy that we often forget about taking care of ourselves. What happens? We slowly begin to lose energy, gain weight, emotionally eat and feel useless.
The truth is, It’s not going to be better with your time. You have to take care of house, kids and work, so it’s a moment to learn how to take care of yourself. What does it mean? It’s time to plan ahead.

Don’t forget! Try to enjoy your life. When speaking with people in their 80s or 90s, they always say how they miss the “busy times”.
I liked to pretend that healthy lifestyle will transform me into a better person. A newer version of myself. A someone that doesn’t stay in her pajamas until noon, has the energy all the time, i always assume, that dieting would make me a complete person. Make all things right. It was dellusion.
Those steps are real for me:
step 1: don’t run away from feelings. write it down if you need to.
step 2: binge less. stop feeling guilty .
step 3: do yoga to feel happy.
Dieting, working out but scale is not moving Why???
Awareness of the amount of calories in hamburgers deleted them from my diet forever. Unfortunately, craving for tasty burger comes up quite often. That’s why I found the perfect burger- tasty and healthy 🙂

2 packages (around 1.5 pound) of TOFU cheese (natural or smoked)
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of basil
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon mustard
Preparation: Very Easy:)
Chopped onion and red pepper cook in olive oil. Then mix the tofu with onions, peppers, garlic and spices. Shape into small patties and put it in preheated to 300 degrees F oven. Bake it until they are golden brown. When they are done, put them into the wholewheat buns.
I try to stick to a healthy diet and I realize now dieting mistakes committed earlier. After all, I could eat a whole bag of potato chips with a friend watching a two-hour movie in the evening. WOW!
As far as I think about the amount of calories in chips and calories in carrots, it would be quite a big carrot feast 🙂 Who would eat 50 carrots watching a movie ?:)
